I enjoyed looking at your Cuban postings. :thumbsup There is one thing that struck me as odd about this medal. The ribbon is left over right, where all the others are right over left. Was this one assembled backwards, or is it the correct way?

Well as you know very little info is known or availiable at the moment, I'm kind of starting from scratch, searching Cuban websites for any pieces of relevant text or images from the various awards.
We have seen reversed ribbons on some soviet awards too, the reason, who knows, I'm afraid your guess is as good as mine at the moment. I would imagine that it has just been assembled together wrong,there is nothing to indicate that some awards officialy have the ribbons left over right, if and when other photos are found of this Order they can be compared.
