Here is a cuff shot from an NKVD Frontier Troop Generals M1943 parade tunic I sold awhile back; regular NKVD would just have had the blue piping, not green; the rest of the special embroidery is the same. Does it not look like thats whats on the cuff in the B/W photo above?
