Thanks for the info. I guess the previous owner of this got all three classes.

The bar itself is brass. The front of the bar has a black piece of plastic or black tape. Three holes were drilled for the posts to go through. A nut secured the badge and the post was cut off neatly flush with nut. Very neatly done.
