Ukrainian PU #1583029 is the extra piece of evidence proving that she was a double recipient. These embassy awarded Ukrainian examples do not have any indication of being so without the additional support of the Russian Federation Document.

All Israeli residents that received this, should have received the RF one too but if you just find the single document, you'll have a hard time proving it.
