C'mon guys....Let's give the seller the benefit of the doubt and say these medals were broken due to natural causes in the past.
I've seen a few medals like this, with broken loops. It can happen....normal wear and tear can do that.
I'm somewhat seriously considering buying this group with a project in mind.....
What would you all think about a moneyclip with a broken badge like this epoxied to a clip sorta thingee? I have two wooden bookends with loopless (common) Imperial (German) awards glued on them and they look pretty sweet.
