You may be right but the word ordering, DSO, as in Dobrovolnoie Sportivnoie Obschestvo', is what I think would have been a more palatable combination. The entire setup has a slightly foreign flavour to it, like Bulgarian perhaps. I am also puzzled by the screwplate, the 3O does not make much sense to me.
