I have a few of these badges in my collection. Several of my University colleagues are Russian and they have told me the following about these badges that I have in my collection:

Showing the general evolution of the badges for Medical Institute Graduates from the 1960s to the 1990s.

1. 1960s - Gilt brass & enamels with 3-piece construction. Screwback. Made by Monetny Dvor in Moscow.

2. 1970s-80s - Aluminium & enamels with 3-piece construction. Screwback. Made by Monetny Dvor in Moscow.

3. 1980s-90s - Aluminium & enamels with 3-piece construction. Screwback. Made by Monetny Dvor.

Can anybody confirm this info?
