the critical difference here is that you knew going into the deal that you would be waiting for however long. people bought from eugene not expecting the long wait. you bought from mark expecting the wait either because he told you or previous buying experience.
if i had bought something from my favorite semi-retired dealer and he took 3 months to send it to me, i would be extremely upset unless he communicated with me and told me that there was a reason etc.
