Order for Service to the Homeland + Red Star Group

Maybe. Maybe not.

He has sold several items here recently , whether they are genuine or not I dont know. Maybe I did a few members a favor by sending them a PM and recommending that they dont do business with him.

Of course I cant PM everyone on the site , so someone always ends up buying his items. I just sincerely hope that they have been genuine and not fakes like I received.

Quote:This problem that you had with him from what I understand happened before either of you were members here. So, do not insinuate that the integrity of the business ethics here "swings in the breeze". I find that insulting.

Incorrect. He has been a member here since 2002. I filed a Paypal complaint against him in February 2005 for " item/s not as described ".
Whether you find that insulting or not is entirely your perogative , I am simply stating the facts.

Quote:If you had a problem with this guy, OUTSIDE this forum, then you handle it your own way. This person has conducted himself perfectly here and I'm not going to be witchfinder general for past grievances.

Thats your choice. Then its a case of bad luck if anyone here gets dudded because they wont get a refund from him. He just changes his email address so you cant contact him.

Quote:Second, I'm not going to conduct background checks for everyone that sells here. If you guys have a problem with a seller on this forum due to a business transaction conducted on this forum then discuss it. If the person is honest and wishes to remain reputable as a dealer of extremely valuable awards, he will make it right. If he doesn't, he is not welcome here.

Well some guidelines would then need to be established wouldnt they ? Are private transactions via the PM system considered to be a business transaction conducted on this forum ? Thats just one scenario , what you have stated doesnt show a clear policy. You would simply have one persons word against another , who's side do you take in that circumstance ?
