i was just wondering.:confused:
since these caps are made of just cotton and cardbord.
in a mile rain the cap would be soked for weeks.
let alons snow or sutch thing.
and than all the proud of your uniform would be gone:laff
is there any thing the russian's used to cover the cap in sutch weather?:idea
they tended to be good at finding solusions.:thumbsup
here in the netherlands the police and militairy has transparend covers with elastic to put on the top.
