Guys,
Maybe that will sound stupid, but:
1. I don't believe that the North Korean border is that permeable
2. I can't even begin to understand why the North Korean mint would strike so many orders. Given everything that has been on the market so far, they must have had plans to award every living and future NK citizen a whole bagful of awards.
