Here's some images.
In the bottom of the third image the owner's been issued a фуражка СУКОННАЯ - Peak-cap CLOTH. That much I can translate online.
There are quite a few entries after that that I haven't worked on yet.
But after each entry an identical area just to the right of it has been snipped out of the book. Why?
PS. initially dated 1946 so I really like this! :)
