Here is his 1963-07-06 Kiev Industrial Regional Committee Of The Communist Party Of Ukraine Identification #7 which lists him as an instructor of the department of party organs. Quite a fun picture with the raised eyebrow.
Also an unfortunate letter dated 12th August 1963.

The Academy of Social Sciences of the Central Committee of the Communist Part Of The Soviet Union has reported that the results of the competition mandatory committee was unable in this year to introduce you for admission to the graduate academy.
