If you are in the former Soviet Union in one particular region for a while, you'll see certain blocks of serial numbers for these. Stuff does migrate, but if you are further away from the collection points, you'll see more awards closer together. I base this from a couple years in Uzbekistan where I see definite consistancies especially in OLGIII's - I would routinely see them fall into blocks of numbers: T1's in the 5k range, T1's in the 135k-145k range, and T2's in the 480k-490k range. I'd still see them outside these ranges, but usually I'd see them fall close to one of these three blocks.
