I am bad with handwriting, however:

First one is in gratitude of the liberation of Shenlanke/Tshtsyanka, Lukats-Kreits/Kshizh, Boldenberg/Dobegnev and Drishin. (Four towns to the west-northwest of Poznan.)

Second one is in gratitude for action in Stargard, Novogard.

Third one is in gratitude for action on the Visła and Warsaw.
