Here is the Badge Of Distinction "Honorary Donor Of The Republic Of Belarus" ("Ганаровы Донар Рэспублікі Беларусь"). An official award of the Ministry Of Health.

This is the Type 1. It has since been redesigned and production quality substantially increased.
