Im not sure about collar tabs, they are mysterious to me as I myself have never had to apply them and I have not had the pleasure of handling a regulations book.
I had to watch as a friend of mine pulled the collar tabs and shoulder boards off of his light grey parade coat before giving it to me saying "It would not be wise to wear the coat with these on it." He, of course was right. He gave me the insignia and I still have them, but darn it if I can't remember exactly[I][/I] how they were before.
As for the regulation book, I guess I can post pictures here if I give the correct credit - right Art? And you can usually pick up a copy on the e-site for about $30.
