This posting was inspired by the doc for this type of badge listed by Desantnik in the Marketplace.
This is a quality heavy brass badge. I especially like the suspension, which borrows from the veteran badge "25th Anniversary of GPW" but now features both War and Labor ribbons. Serial number is engraved, very nice. :thumbsup I only don't particularly care for the design of the medallion, it features that Soviet Modernist style of the post-Brezhnev era, which doesn't seem to hold up today.
