In the reference books I've read, the countries outside of the Warsaw Pact were referred to bu the CIA as part of the "Soviet Sphere."
It's a broad term, but it was the official term for any country other than those who were not directly part of the Warsaw Pact but were attempting to follow the Soviet system of government such as Cuba and all the South American countries that attempted .
