Here it is. A hungarian M1945 colonel judge's tunic.
New form, old (wartime) buttons, relatively low quality fabrik. Burgundy velvet shoulderboards for the justice branch, wide stripe and three golden stars for the rank of colonel.

Sorry for the low quality of the images - I didn't have a mannequin at the time the photos were made.
