I love this picture. No doubt taken sometime in mid to late 1943 you have straight M40 tunics (sleeve devices removed per 1941 regulations), M40 tunics with epaulets added, and standard M43's. Colors range from light khaki to dark olive and every shade in between. The officer in the middle of the back row appears to be wearing an air force visor cap. The dog and kid add to the fun.
