This is a rough translation...

He worked under Dzerginsky. In 1920 him and comrade Dzerginsky went to Ukraine to destroy "Maxno " gang... This guy was an anti-revolutionary... Then he was part of VCHKA and OGPU. Later he was bestowed a title of Honorary worker of OGPU. He was awarded Order of Lenin, Red Banner and numerous other medals...
