In many ways, we have moved beyond this book (which is one reason work is underway on a 2nd edition), but it is still Holy Writ. And if you thought you were "hooked" on Mongolian awards now, wait until you see the book!

The only problem is that I have to stay within my security services / law enforcement / legal-justice department / education areas when I venture outside of USSR airspace. Before you ask the obvious "Why?" I'll make it simple - $$$!! I spend too much as it is and the really nice Mongolian security badges are typically more than the Lenin I have yet to buy.;)

Having Battushig's book will be a good edition to my reference library, but I have to do my best to stay focused - which is darn difficult with the beauty of most Mongolian work.:)
