True. Even non-airforce might have that type of badge. The badge/award I can't figure out is guy third from the right. On the actual photograph it looks more like some sort of otlichnik badge, particularly RKKA solder. At an angle, though it looks like it could be a lenin or ORB, being the right uniform location for one of those. Need to get CSI, CTU, or some other TV investigative team who have magical photographic resolution equipment that seem to be able to tweak a photo so you can count the hairs on a mole from a blurry surveillance cam image.
Might be able to figure out if it's a squirrel or a marmot on the other guy's head...
