Some very nice Medals there! It's a shame some idiot has put a serial number on an unissued copper variety. I suppose it was to take more money from yet another idiot.
I think the way to tell the Soviet produced Medal from the Russian Federation one is to lick it. The Soviet one tastes of the sweat of the workers but the RF one tastes of profit and cigars - or so some would have me believe.
