NKVD hat and shoulder boards, Orginal or Copy?

IMO, shoulder-boards are copies - these appear to be the type offered by firms that cater to reenactors. The stars that adorn them are the mid-50s and up type.
I do not particularly care for the sweatband in the cap. The chinstrap is the plastic 70s and up type. The star-cockarde also seems post-war. |
