Badge of the Honored Member of State Security
Often called the "Badge of the Honorary Chekist" by dealers.
Shown by Battushig as D03a and D03b, but these two are in reality the same badge. The badge has a very thin gilt coating over the silver base, but this is often not preserved. Whether the badge is "gold" or "silver" is merely a matter of preservation.
