I really could not see the collar insignia clearly and I wondered if it might be the crossed hammer and wrench used by railway troops.
Normally I would say seeing 3 shoulder straps "flipped" like that would indicate a reversed negative but the prongs of the belts are actually the "correct" way. (Think about how a right handed person would pull the loose end and fasten prongs with the left) Maybe the picture is legit as is.
