What I thought was interesting is that, in the original photo that I saw and for which I was searching on the internet, it shows Nikita Sergeyevitch standing at the podium making a speech while, sitting above him, are several Marshals of the Soviet Union. I had to wonder if he was required to salute them as he mounted the rostrum in uniform? :chuckle
