Here is the National Liberation Badge of the People's Republic Of Kampuchea. It was awarded to anti-Khmer Rouge "liberators" that helped change the regime, primarily the People's Army Of Vietnam. The date 7th January 1979 was the date that Phnom Penh fell to the the Vietnamese after they invaded on 22nd December 1978.
