Phillip - If we ever find a document on the market with the same number as another document but awarded to a different person, then maybe that hypothesis will hold (or somebody could yell: fake!:D). To be honest: i have no clue:thumbsup
On the numbering, I think we can only hope to get answers out of UB:confused:
