Here is Vladimir Nikolaevich Terterashvili's Medal "For Labour Distinction" Booklet granted by the Ukaz of 29th April 1986.
There were two similar Ukazes on 29th April 1986 which this could be either "for the successful fulfilment of the eleventh Five-Year Plan for the workers, engineers and employees of associations, enterprises and organisations of the Ministry Of Ferrous Metallurgy Of The USSR" and a similar Ukaz for non-ferrous metallurgy.
