[SIZE="3"]NKVD Driver License issued June 30th, 1940 by the "Crimean NKVD Police HQ" in Simferopol to Filipp Ivanovich Fomichev, and a supplemental six-day pass issued the same day granting him permission for the period issued by the same NVKD HQ, Serial #K157942.
