Early stuff, indeed. And I agree about the early RBL (although I like the Russian one better).
But this is asking two very different things: "nicest" and "most detailed". They aren't teh same. The frindship order is detailed, too detailed by my pewrsonal aesthetics, almost baroque.
But, in reality, I'd go for the first Mongolian civil valor order (called RBL by some). (But, for simple elegance, a Sukhbaatar any day!)
