In the above post I mentioned that i hadn't seen qualification wings without a class nummer, that was until today when I saw this example of a Pilots wings.
So it seems that the order would be class 1-4 then unclasssified.
Notice that on the Air Force wings the shield was present but no number whereas on this Civil version there is no shield.
