Prices/Value Discussion.

Shane,

nice "I wnat those" list. But the prices looks like a new "Avers" catalogue...

HSU Star + BIg gramota for $1000?!
Stalin prize (1st class!) for $300?!

Let's use the common sense - Very rare awards cost a lot of money. Sad, but it's the reality. I don't want to waste my time to prove my point, but few examples:

Pilot/Cosmonaut badge

You want one for $400. Give me one for a $1000 and I'll say it's a GRAET deal. How many badges were issued? 250? 300?

--------------------------------------------------

$300 - Stalin Prize Medal 1st Class.
$250 - Stalin Prize Medal 2nd Class.
$200 - Stalin Prize Medal 3rd Class.

Now that is somethng. remember that MOST of those were REPLACED by state prize, so the number of "surviving"
medals is extrimely low (in most cases, the medals awarded to people who died before the replacement started).

No comment, execpt a good :p
are those (partial list):

$250 - State Prize Medal (loral one) 1st Class with document
$600 - Lenin Prize Medal with document
$600 - Personal Courage, issued with documentation and COA.
$1000 - Order of Labour Glory set with COA's and documentation.

$5 each for documents in good condition for any of the achievement medals (e.g. BAM, Virgin Lands, Donbas Coal etc).

_____________

Don't take it as an insult to you. it's not. But your prices are the opposite of the jokes we see in ebay, were a veteran of labor medal could be sold for $50 or a simple beret ($5 worth) for $920.

NO ONE, EVEN IN YOUR BEST DREAMS, EVEN FROM THE POOREST EX SOVIET REPUBLICS, WILL SELL THOSE AWARDS IN THOSE PRICES.
