In february, he was issued this memo, stating that he (still as reserve commander!) is in active military service and has the function of commander of ? (last letters seem to be VMF). The document was signed by the chef of staff of the 13 Separate Artillery Unit of the Kronshtad Fortified Sector sr. lt. Letoshko.
On 3rd March, he received another memo stating that he serves in the same unit and receives financial support.Can't make out his function.
