An interesting document that seems to be a passport for travels abroad for the Soviet Serviceman.
This one is to 1928-born Petr Maksimovich Avdokushyn, probably a major or colonel.
Two travels registered - september 1967 for a short leave to Brest (from Poland) and december 1967 to be assigned to a different unit.

Has border stamps from Brest (Soviet) and Terespol (Polish).
