These Medals tend not to migrate westwards but good things come to those who wait.
Unfortunately heavily faked more recently in poor quality, this original piece is the pride of the Saint Petersburg Mint. This Medal was cancelled by Decree #1099 of 7th September 2010, giving the window of award a period of just over 5 years.
