I actually have the national artist award, along with a number of other such titles. If anyone is aware of a set of such documents for sale, please let me know. I know this post is now very old so these are no longer available, but they come onto the market every now and then. Thanks.

Hi,

this set what pictures You saw is in my collection. It is only one of the 16 ( if i remember correctly ) persons of Estonian nationality, who got this title.

They are rare...
