Here is the Badge "Korean Democratic Women's Union" (조선민주녀성동맹). The union was founded on 18th November 1945 for women aged 31-55.

16 years ago the membership was said to be 20 million which is a little strange as the DPRK only had 24 million citizens in the last census. Almost all 31-55 year old women?
