"Drastamat Kanaian" Medal.
Here is the "Drastamat Kanaian" Medal («Դրաստամատ Կանայան» Մեդալ). Founded on 20th July 2001 and awarded for distinction in military-patriotic education and helping the advancement of new generations of Armenian soldiers.
To date just over 3,000 have been awarded. This is #0925.

This one was awarded to Aram Hasmiki Grigorian by Order 517 of 4th April 2007. No further information at this time but I've put in a request.
