On RT (Russian Television- in English carried on Worldview), they used the Badge on the screen behind the anchor as he was announcing the story. Also, in addition to the wreath laying, they had a Russian veteran who lives in Ulan Bator recount the story. Great broadcast!

I can give you this:

Now, having said that, understand I'm on antiquated "dial-up" and can not take full advantage of the site. If you're on broad band, you will probably be able to roam the site and find the broadcast. The price paid for living "in the sticks".
