MVD Honour Guard Uniform

Well, this arrived yesterday after a two week trip to the States from Canada (What is it about the Canadian Postal System?).

Anyway, I'm rather pleased with this, which I purchased from a seller on Ebay after Doug, who knows of my interest in MVD items, gave me a "heads up!" on it.

This ensemble is comprised of MVD Internal Army service tunic for a junior NCO. It has a dress aguilette sewn under the right shoulder board, and both boards have the metal MVD cyphers in the "faux bullion" pattern.
The pants, visor cap (named) and white parade belt were also included, as were the badges that are on the tunic (a couple of Komsomol badges and a military badge that may have been placed on it just because there was a hole for it).

Interestingly, the tunic is set up for one screw-back badge on the right breast, and three screw-back badges on the left. If anyone has any thoughts on appropriate badges that you would suggest, please say so!

By the way, the cost for the uniform grouping, including shipping, was $100.

As for the missing badges, you could look up an Otlichnik VV MVD badge or similar to fill it, or perhaps Red Guards.

I'm not sure that red color is right to Internal troops.
I'm also consider that aguilette is wrong too.

The color of the collar tabs and shoulder boards appear to be a bright red because of the intense light that I had to use for this indoor photograph. The actual color is "brick red" or maroon.

Exactly.
I also consider that presented aiguilette sewn wrong way - the part which should be under the shoulderboard actually is outside therefore it hanging too low.
