Heroes of Khasan battle

Hi

I'm looking for a list of all the HSU of the Khasan/Changkufeng battle. It should be 26 people who were awarded. For now I have 8.... so there is some work to be done. Any help is appreciated!

First time I see this badge. Made of brass and enamel? Any serial numbers to it? Issued by a veteran's association I presume?
