Here is the Abkhazian Medal "For Maintaining Peace In Abkhazia" which is awarded to (C.I.S.) Peacekeepers of the United Nations mission to the region.

This Ministry Of Defence Medal (Медаль "За Поддержание Мира В Абхазии") has more recently (c2012) had a ribbon redesign to look more like an RF MOD ribbon.

These slightly more recent Medals are of a slightly lesser quality.

This more modern Document also indicates a considerably more Russian influence - most likely to be used by awarding Russian military units or commissariats.
