Soviet Civil Defence Patches

I finally obtained the green rubber CD patch (upper left hand corner) and thought a photo of all of the CD patches I had might be of interest. I realize the KGB CD patches make zero sense, but these interestingly enough have kopek pricing stamps on the back and are of Soviet manufacture. Their actual purpose I simply do not know.

One patch is missing from this collection. There is a two-star sleeve stripe in existence, but I have only seen it in pictures and been unable to obtain one.
