Here's another really nice one (but this one is probably totally unknown). It's from Lithuanian train-manufacturer RVR. The strange thing is the very high quality. It's very small but made of 3 pieces (the wings on the top is about 4 mm).

Not Lithuanian, but Latvian plant. RVR means Riga (Capital of Latvia) Vagon Rupnica (Plant in Latvian).
