just have brought a new award booklet and would like help with the name and the awards listed in it

First medal listed CSM 800k -1944, last medal listed BM 200k -1943; and with such a space between the two that really should raise some doubt.

It is a shameful act of criminality to so destroy a perfectly good orders booklet. One can only hope the criminal scum is haunted by the award recipient.
