Interesting....

"The cameras with such badges were given as a present to delegates of the Communist Party of teh Soviet Union 25 Congress of Communist Party USSR. This camera I bought from my friend ex-party member. According to his information, the number of delegates should be about 4.900 people. "

Note the flag and "XXV" in the right of the photo.

this camera was not given aut as a reward.

Communist Partiy congresses were huge events in the life of Soviet people, and because of the event's importance the logo of the Party Congress was put on many many items.

Including all sort of consumer goods.

It looks like the seller has made up the stopy to get more $$$ for his auction.
